Justin Rand Biography:
Justin Rand, principal founder and owner of Rand Consulting, has 18 years in the financial services space where he held executive level positions at JP Morgan Chase, Citi, and Capital One. His background has strong emphasis on operations, P&L, financial analysis, large scale implementations, project management, contract negotiations, call center management, regulatory compliance and process efficiencies. Justin has a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Collin Harbour Biography:
Collin Harbour is a Client growth and business strategy leader with experience identifying new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing client revenues. His background includes owning a multi-office Property and Casualty Insurance business in Dallas before spending 10 years in the Mortgage Default space working for service providers in hazard claims and property preservation. He hosts the Business Strategy Podcast, Harbourtime Strategy Talks. has a B.A. from Baylor University, and M.A. in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and an M.B.A. from Baylor University.
